  • Provide professional support to customers via phone and email on daily matters.

  • Consult with customers and resolve issues via email correspondence.

  • Support colleagues by helping to promptly resolve current situations.

  • Collaborate with the sales team – exchange information and provide timely support.

  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Enter and process data in customer service systems.

Main Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service is considered an advantage.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and understandably in Latvian; fluency in English is an advantage.

  • Good computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM systems, etc.).

  • Accuracy, strong sense of responsibility, and customer-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively solve problem situations.

  • Ability to work in shifts (08:00-18:00), fully from the office.
