About the Role:

As a Data Analytics Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategies. You will lead a team of talented data analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of data analysts and provide guidance on data analysis work across various product areas

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data visualizations and reports

  • Manage priorities across wide stakeholder groups and ensure timely delivery of projects

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and statistics

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis

  • Proven track record of managing priorities across wide stakeholder groups and leading teams of data analysts

  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouses

  • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Looker and event tracking and product analytics tools like Amplitude

  • Solid understanding of data modeling and data quality principles with empathy and ability to work with employees from different professional and cultural backgrounds
