What You Will Do:

• Work closely with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements
• Participate in full lifecycle of requirements from discovery and analysis through design, delivery, and post-launch optimization
• Design and support integration of multiple backend services such as core banking, identity/authentication, payments, and third-party platforms
• Analyze system dependencies and workflows in microservices-based architectures to ensure scalable and robust solutions.
• Document and maintain high-quality specifications: process flows, service definitions, data mappings, and user stories
• Facilitate technical discussions and workshops with cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Ensure security, compliance, and regulatory requirements are captured and implemented across solutions.

What We Expect: 

• 5+ years of experience as System Analyst
• Proven track record in application development from requirements gathering to go-live support, preferably in banking sector with focus on Core banking systems
• Deep understanding of banking systems and integrations integration, including API layers, middleware, and real-time system communication
• Experience working in or around legacy solutions, microservices-based system architectures and complex distributed backend ecosystems
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP, OpenAPI / Swagger, API documentation practices, and service contract design
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, SOAP UI, Postman, SQL, and BPMN tools for technical analysis and collaboration
• Agile mindset with hands-on participation in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product delivery
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
