Aerones is a global leader in robotic wind turbine maintenance and inspection solutions. To support our growing production team, we are looking for a Manufacturing Documentation Specialist who will ensure our manufacturing processes are clearly documented, precise, and compliant with industry standards.

Your Responsibilities
  • Create, review, and maintain manufacturing documentation (procedures, work instructions, internal processes).
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to gather information and update documentation.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide support on proper documentation practices.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and improve documentation workflows for greater efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain and manage documentation in ERP and version control systems.
  • Advise and, when necessary, train production engineers on task execution.
Requirements
  • Ability to read basic 2D/3D drawings in SolidWorks or similar software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with document management systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Nice to have: At least 2 years of experience in documentation control or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
