Role Overview

As an Electronic Support Specialist, you will play a key role in testing, maintaining, and supporting Aerones' advanced electronic systems. You'll diagnose and solve technical issues, ensure system reliability, and contribute to continuous improvement in product performance and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform testing and diagnostics of electronic control systems.
  • Provide technical support for electronic circuits and PCBs (printed circuit boards).
  • Identify and implement effective solutions to resolve electronic issues.
  • Carry out technical maintenance and repair of electronic components, equipment, and systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation according to company standards.
Requirements
  • Language skills: Fluent Latvian and good English (B2), both spoken and written.
  • Technical knowledge: Understanding of digital and analog circuits.
  • Computer literacy and ability to use relevant diagnostic tools.
  • Strong attention to order, quality, and accuracy.
  • Problem-solving mindset and readiness to take responsibility for results.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Initiative and willingness to seek continuous improvement in work processes.
