Job Description

Circle K Business Centre is looking for a new colleague to join our team as:

Junior Customer Contact Centre Representative

Type of Employment: Permanent

Location: Riga, Latvia

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Provide professional and courteous support to B2B and B2C customers via phone on daily matters.
  • Consult customers and resolve issues via email correspondence (both B2B and B2C segments).
  • Support fuel station employees by helping to promptly resolve current situations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team – exchange information and provide timely support via phone and email.
  • Communicate effectively with internal company departments to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Enter and process data in customer service systems.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Previous experience in customer service (considered an advantage).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and understandably in Latvian; fluency in English is an advantage.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM systems, etc.).
  • Accuracy, strong sense of responsibility, and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively solve problem situations.
  • Ability to work fully from the office.
