Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia i is looking for a driven and engaged colleague to join our team as:

JUNIOR DISTRIBUTION COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Type of Employment: Permanent

Location: Riga, Latvia

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Monitor processes within Global Distribution Support Department to ensure that established standards and management requirements are met.

  • Perform quality checks by analyzing large data sets to identify performance gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Report any instances of non-compliance or significant issues to the direct manager and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions.

  • Participate in internal process mapping and standardization initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

  • Participate in internal process audits as assigned or requested by management.

  • Support and participate in internal projects upon management request.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) to communicate with colleagues in Europe and North America .

  • Interest in Logistics, Compliance, Internal audits, Quality Control or other related fields.

  • Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development in Logistics and Compliance.

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field will be considered an advantage.

  • Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Proactive, detail oriented and improvement driven personality.
