- Deliver high-impact content: Create engaging, SEO-driven, and compliant casino content that resonates with users.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Use market insights, keyword research, and performance data to optimize content and boost results.
- Safeguard quality and compliance: Ensure all content meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Work across teams: Collaborate with design, SEO, development, and affiliates to launch seamless campaigns.
- Mentor and grow talent: Support your team's development with feedback, training, and skill-building.
- Native German speaker with outstanding writing and communication skills.
- Solid experience in iGaming, specifically casino content (sportsbook experience is a plus).
- Proven background in leading, mentoring, and growing teams.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, compliance, and content marketing best practices.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you take initiative, own your projects, and thrive on growing something from scratch.
