Join our team We are looking for a Business Analysis and Risk Manager in Riga Business office 

Main
Responsibilities:

  • Develop
    credit risk strategies for company products based on business needs
  • Propose
    improvements to existing reports and process automation
  • Participate
    in various business development projects
  • Manage
    credit portfolio risks
  • Provide
    recommendations for new product implementation based on risk/data
    analytics
  • Prepare
    monthly, quarterly, annual, and other periodic reports, as well as ad-hoc
    reports
  • Plan and
    organize the daily work of the business and risk analytics team
  • Analyze
    customer data and transactions to identify suspicious activities
  • Collaborate
    with partners and government institutions regarding data preparation

Requirements:

  • Higher
    education in finance, economics, mathematics, or IT
  • Proven
    experience in team leadership and motivation
  • Excellent
    skills in MS Office, expert-level proficiency in MS Excel
  • Advanced
    knowledge of SQL and R/Python
  • Experience
    working with BI tools
  • Logical
    thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to
    detail, high sense of responsibility, and willingness to grow in the risk
    field
  • Proficiency in
    English, Latvian (verbally and written),  required for communication with
    international colleagues
