Requirements

·      Proficiency in Power BI (dashboards, visualizations, reporting).

·      Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, financial modeling, complex formulas).

·      Proven experience in financial analysis, controlling, or audit, ideally within IT consulting or professional services.

·      Strong understanding of project accounting, revenue recognition, and cost control in both fixed-price and T&M models.

·      Experience in payroll coordination and budget/forecast preparation.

·      Familiarity with ERP and financial management systems; ability to optimize and improve reporting processes.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide actionable insights.

·      Knowledge of KPI tracking relevant to consulting businesses (utilization, profitability, revenue per headcount, etc.).

·      Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet strict deadlines.

·      Background in financial auditing or financial consulting is considered as an advantage.

·      Experience with intercompany accounting and CAPEX calculations is considered as an advantage.

·      Knowledge of IT consulting operations and project delivery models is considered as an advantage.

·      Fluent English.

Responsibilities

Project & Resource Management

·      Manage project allocation across consultants to ensure efficient utilization.

·      Ensure accuracy in resource allocation and project cost capitalization.

·      Collaborate with HR and delivery teams on resource planning, bench cost analysis, and aligning compensation structures with financial targets.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

·      Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, providing actionable insights to management.

·      Monitor IT consulting KPIs, including billable utilization, gross margin per consultant, and revenue per headcount.

·      Collaborate with delivery managers to track project profitability, revenue recognition (fixed-price vs. T&M), and cost control.

·      Provide accurate financial accounting reports to the CFO, ensuring timeliness and precision, leveraging Power BI.

·      Conduct financial modeling, forecasting, due diligence, and propose improvements for company performance.

Operational Finance

·      Coordinate payroll processes and ensure timely, accurate calculations of salaries, bonuses, benefits, and contractor invoices.

·      Calculate and manage specific compensation elements: Sales team bonuses, Presales commissions, CAPEX for internal and intercompany projects.

·      Support cost optimization initiatives by providing financial insights and analyzing expense trends.

·      Plan and implement financial risk mitigation procedures while identifying new revenue optimization opportunities.

Systems & Tools Optimization

·      Optimize ERP and financial systems to enhance efficiency, transparency, and reporting accuracy.

·      Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to support decision-making at all levels of the organization.
