At Prime Prometics, we're growing fast and expanding into new markets. To keep our customers happy, we need the right products in the right place at the right time—without overstocking or running out. You'll take full ownership of our global inventory levels, making sure forecasts are accurate, stockouts are prevented, and our systems run smoothly.
What you'll do- Own inventory health across all warehouses.
- Forecast demand by implementing tools and systems that make our planning smarter.
- Prevent out-of-stocks (OOS): track sales and inventory weekly, flag risks early, and take action before they happen.
- Audit and improve systems: streamline inventory reporting, automate updates, and ensure data is always reliable.
- Analyze trends: spot changes in product demand and adjust stock allocations accordingly.
- Plan purchase orders (POs): prepare PO forecasts across our global supply chain, aligned with Business Planning, Sales, and Operations cycles.
- Coordinate with logistics: plan inventory re-distribution and balancing across different market warehouses.
- Support warehouse expansions: support warehouse & manufacturer partner expansion projects by providing inventory forecasts and optimal inventory allocation analysis.
- Prepare detailed unit sales, costs, and inventory movement updates to leadership and accounting teams.
- Follow inventory coverage: flag overstocks early and recommend the preferred action to decrease the overstock (inventory re-distribution, sales events, bundles & charity events).
- Support product Launches and Re-launches by fine-tuning the product demand forecasting template with every product launch to improve inventory coverage accuracy for new products.
- Our best-selling products are always in stock.
- Inventory levels are balanced to ensure any surge in product demand doesn't cause out-of-stock risks.
- Forecast accuracy improves month over month.
- Leadership, finance, and operations have clean, reliable data.
- New markets launch smoothly with the right products in the right quantities.
- 3 years of experience in inventory, supply chain, or demand planning (beauty, retail, or consumer goods is a plus).
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with inventory planning tools, Asana, Shopify, and 3PL warehouses.
- A problem-solver's mindset: you love spotting risks and fixing them before they become issues.
- Interest and knowledge in using AI and automation to make processes faster and smarter.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changes and redirections.
- You'll have end-to-end ownership of inventory—your actions directly impact growth.
- We're a fast-moving, creative team in the beauty space.
- You'll help shape our inventory systems as we scale.
