We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented colleague to join our team as a Debt Collection Specialist In this role, your daily tasks will be related to loan recovery.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the recovery process of overdue loans by contacting debtors by phone.
  • Consulting clients, analyzing their situations, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Preparing and monitoring settlement agreements and payment schedules.
  • Processing and managing debt collection cases in accordance with internal company standards.
  • Analyzing and processing client data.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in debt collection and/or customer service.
  • Excellent Latvian language skills (both spoken and written).
  • The ability to persuade, argue your position, and make independent decisions.
  • A responsible attitude and initiative in performing work tasks.
  • Ability to work independently, think analytically, and handle stressful or non-standard situations.
Compensation:

The offered salary for this position is EUR 1200 to 2000 gross, depending on experience and results achieved.
