As we scale, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team in Riga. This is a key hire to support the creative aspirations of the business.
About the Role
We are looking for a
Digital Marketing Specialist
with a strong creative background to join our growing team in Latvia. This is a hands-on role will support senior stakeholders by executing briefs to a high standard. You will report directly into the Strategic Brand & Marketing Lead.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable working independently, and has a proven track record of delivering creative projects that generate real results.
This role requires a reliable and detail-oriented professional who can take direction, interpret briefs with minimal input, and transform ideas into compelling digital and physical assets. While primarily a support role, you will be actively encouraged to bring new ideas to the table, propose innovative approaches, and push creative boundaries within brand guidelines.
This position offers the chance to work on a wide variety of creative digital marketing projects, from email marketing campaigns and website design to product imagery editing, AI-assisted visuals and packaging concepts.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Translate creative briefs into effective marketing outputs across multiple channels, working under the direction of the Strategic Brand & Marketing lead who is based in the UK.
- Design and produce email marketing campaigns, ensuring layouts are visually compelling, responsive, and optimised for customer engagement.
- Contribute to website design and user experience, supporting updates, layout improvements, and the creation of user-friendly digital journeys.
- Develop and refine product imagery, working with both traditional design suites and AI-based tools (e.g., MidJourney) to produce high-quality visuals.
- Support the creation of packaging designs that reflect brand identity and appeal to target audiences.
- Ensure all creative assets are consistent with established brand guidelines and delivered on schedule.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Stay up to date with digital design trends, UX/UI practices, and emerging tools, and apply this knowledge to enhance marketing outputs.
- Provide input and creative suggestions when appropriate, contributing to brainstorming and idea generation sessions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. A CIM qualification plus membership is desirable, but not essential.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating hands-on experience in digital marketing, graphic design, UX/UI, and related creative work. Experience with Klaviyo (CRM) and Shopify Plus (CMS) is desired, with strong custom CSS skills.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality output.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required with excellent written storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Affinity, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
- Strong familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (such as MidJourney or similar platforms) and a willingness to explore new creative technologies.
- Experience producing marketing assets across multiple formats, including email templates, website visuals, social media content, product imagery, and packaging design.
- A keen eye for detail, strong sense of visual aesthetics, and the ability to follow and interpret brand guidelines effectively.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to balance multiple projects at once.
- Ability to take constructive criticism on board without taking it personally, with a proactive approach to improve in future projects.
