Position Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our international recruitment team on a full-time remote basis. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing and interviewing candidates to promoting our employer brand and coordinating successful hires. Youll operate independently in a remote environment, collaborating closely with a multicultural and values-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Strengthen our employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Conduct structured interviews and coordinate candidate evaluations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and fulfill talent needs
- Champion an inclusive recruitment approach to support workforce diversity
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in full-life cycle recruiting
- Strong knowledge of employer branding strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working remotely and autonomously
- Experience in multicultural or international work environments is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
