We are working with a leading BPO company which is looking to recruit for an English speaking Team Manager to join their team in Riga.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the team through transitions to build skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical, and technical areas.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to the team.
  • Identify key insights and offer actionable recommendations.
  • Influence team strategy through effective communication.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in workflows, processes, procedures, or product features.
  • Lead projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and development.
  • Ensure consistent performance in alignment with relevant service level metrics.
  • Manage daily operations to maintain consistent quality and productivity across channels.
  • Maximize value for advertisers through efficient processes.
  • Set team goals and collaborate with direct reports to develop strategies for achieving results.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent in English, both written and oral.
  • Proven experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • At least 2 years of prior people management experience.
  • BA/BS degree preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, paired with creative problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • High level of integrity, both personally and professionally.
