We want to hire you, if: 
  • You have 7+ years of experience in account management or client success, including 3+ years in a leadership role
  • You have successfully managed enterprise or strategic accounts—ideally in software, QA, or the tech sector
  • You have designed key processes and are skilled at leading, mentoring, and scaling high-performing account management teams
  • You have a track record of driving client retention, upsell/cross-sell strategies, and long-term relationship growth
  • You collaborate effectively with sales, delivery, and marketing teams to align on client goals
  • You are analytical, data-driven, and comfortable with reporting on client health, risks, and revenue forecasts
  • You have excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, and are fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
