Your journey starts here.   ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a proactive and product-savvy Senior Project Manager to drive the delivery and continuous improvement of key product experiences across the Ecosystem portfolio. In this high-impact role, you will lead from the front, working closely with Product Owners, Designers, and Engineering Leads to drive clarity, shape specifications, and ensure cross-functional alignment before development begins. You will play a pivotal role in structuring delivery from concept to launch, coordinating efforts across distributed teams and ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes. This opportunity is ideal for a senior professional who thrives at the intersection of product development and execution, with a strong grasp of shaping features, managing complex workflows, and delivering at scale in dynamic environments.   WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Drive the creation of product specifications, user journeys, and design alignment across cross-functional stakeholders before handover to development.
• From discovery and planning through development, release, and post-launch evaluation.
• Serve as the operational anchor alongside Product Owners and Designers to transform concepts into executable plans.
• Track interdependencies, prioritise effectively, and align stakeholders across multiple concurrent tracks.
• Identify delivery risks early, define mitigation strategies, and ensure transparency across teams.
• Bring structure, clarity, and momentum to each phase of product execution, ensuring that everything is built with user experience, scalability, and business impact in mind.
• Help articulate goals, timelines, and value to senior stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

• 7+ years of experience in product/project delivery, ideally in games, platforms, or other fast-paced digital product environments.
• Strong background in product development—from early-stage planning to feature design and final delivery.
• Proven experience translating complex ideas into actionable, structured plans and specs.
• Deep familiarity with SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Exceptional ability to coordinate with UI/UX, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure end-to-end alignment.
• Hands-on experience managing distributed teams across time zones.
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and navigating ambiguity with a solutions-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, and related tools.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Salary range of 3,750 – 4,583 EUR gross.
