Our client is a leading company specializing in crypto payment solutions, providing seamless cryptocurrency payment processing for businesses in industries such as iGaming, Forex, and Payment Service Providers (PSPs). With innovative technologies and a global reach, they empower businesses to accept crypto payments securely and efficiently. The company is rapidly expanding within the fintech sector and is looking for driven professionals to join their team.

Role Overview

As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding company presence across iGaming, Forex, PSPs, and cryptocurrency verticals. You will be responsible for building and managing a strong sales pipeline, nurturing long-term B2B partnerships, and driving revenue growth through crypto payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients in iGaming, Forex, PSPs, and cryptocurrency industries.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools to achieve and exceed sales targets in crypto payment solutions.
  • Identify market pain points and provide customized solutions to drive long-term business relationships and B2B partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies and align on project goals for payment solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, demos, and proposals to potential clients in the cryptocurrency and fintech sectors.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and manage them from lead generation to deal closure.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development within iGaming, Forex, PSPs, or Crypto Onramps/Crypto Acquiring.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM tools, task management software, and knowledgebase systems. Strong understanding of payment technologies, including APIs, front-end/back-end systems, and local payment methods. Familiarity with blockchain technology, crypto payment processing, and cryptocurrency solutions.
  • Problem-Solving & Initiative: Quick thinker, able to overcome obstacles and close deals independently. Self-motivated with the ability to identify challenges and resolve them proactively.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in team settings, contributing to shared goals and initiatives.
  • Goal-Oriented: Focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets with experience working with KPIs.
  • Travel: Ability to travel for business purposes and be eligible for a Schengen visa.
  • Network: A well-established network within the fintech and cryptocurrency industries is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.

Work Model: Remote, with occasional travel to industry forums and exhibitions.
