HR Business Partner, EMEA

Join Pax8 as HR Business Partner working across EMEA - you'll join a company in motion - scaling fast, evolving even faster. This role isn't about maintaining what exists - it's about building what's next. 

The role is hybrid, with an expectation to be in our Riga office three days a week to foster collaboration, build strong partnerships, and stay closely connected to the business.

This isn't a role where you manage policies -  it's one where you shape the future. You'll sit side by side with commercial and operational leaders across EMEA , using data and insight to build scalable teams, develop next-generation leaders, and drive sustainable growth.

Partner with senior leaders across EMEA to align people strategies with commercial goals.

Use people analytics to guide decision-making, turning data into action and insight.

Develop leaders who can build and sustain organizations of the future.

Navigate and lead through change, helping teams thrive in growth and disruption.

Foster a scalable, inclusive culture across multiple countries and business contexts.

Multi-country HR Business Partnering experience and cultural fluency across, ideally across the Baltics and/or Nordics.

Proven experience using data to influence business decisions.

A track record of commercial partnership with operational or functional leaders.

The ability to use AI as your thinking partner, leveraging it for insight, strategy, and efficiency.

A self-driven mindset with results in your DNA.

A modern view of HR: strategic, analytical, and commercially sharp.
