We're looking for a Senior Office 365 Engineer to join our IT infrastructure team and help shape the future of modern workplace solutions in banking. This is your opportunity to play a key role in optimizing and securing collaboration tools that support thousands of users in a dynamic and regulated environment.

What You Will Do:

• Design, implement, and manage Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and related services.
• Lead migration projects and upgrades related to Microsoft 365, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum adoption.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security; implement improvements and automation where possible.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Infrastructure teams to ensure O365 services meet all regulatory and internal policy requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures for O365 usage and administration.
• Act as a senior escalation point for O365-related incidents and service requests.
• Stay up-to-date with Microsoft roadmap updates, releases, and best practices.

What We Expect:

• 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 and related cloud technologies, with deep technical knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Azure AD.
• Proven experience with enterprise-scale migrations and hybrid environments.
• Strong understanding of security and compliance features in Microsoft 365 (e.g., DLP, eDiscovery, Conditional Access, MFA).
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
• Experience working in a regulated industry, preferably banking or finance.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or Messaging Administrator Associate are a strong plus.
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
