Neo Group is looking for a Senior Java Software Engineer to join our team

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full development lifecycle: from idea to production rollout
  • Ensure code compliance with internal standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with other cross-functional teams to deliver functionality

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Java development;
  • Experience writing cloud-native (Docker, Kubernetes), distributed systems in Java and Spring Boot.
  • Experience working with persistent storages (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis).
  • Experience working with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Responsible, result-driven collaborator and effective communicator.
  • Enthusiastic to learn and grow with the team.
