Junior Product Owner

We're looking for a Junior Product Owner to join our team at Mintos and support the growth of our investment platform. This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career in product management to gain hands-on experience while contributing to building innovative financial solutions.

You're a strong fit if you're curious, motivated, and ready to take ownership of smaller product features or components under the guidance of experienced Product Owners. You're proactive in organizing tasks, eager to explore user needs, and not afraid to dive into data and research to support decisions. Clear communication and a willingness to learn are at the heart of your strengths.

In this role, you'll support the product team in managing and improving parts of our platform. You'll be involved in backlog management, user research, and launch planning, helping the team deliver features that make a real difference for investors.

You will:

• Manage and prioritize parts of the product backlog, ensuring smooth collaboration with the development team.
• Collect and organize user and product data, preparing simple reports on performance.
• Participate in user research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
• Support the planning and execution of smaller product launches.
• Communicate requirements clearly within the team and escalate issues when needed.
• Contribute to solving straightforward challenges and delivering incremental improvements.

• Up to 2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Basic understanding of IT systems and product development processes.
• Familiarity with backlog management and prioritization of user stories.
• Analytical and collaborative mindset, able to collect and structure data into clear insights; strong communication skills.
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
• Recently obtained Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, IT, or a related field.
