Are you passionate about protecting organizations from financial crime? We're looking for an Application Owner to take charge of our Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) systems. You'll be the go-to expert for applications that support transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, or fraud detection (based on assignment) ensuring they're secure, compliant, and continuously improving.

What You Will Do:

  • Own the full lifecycle of assigned Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) applications - from implementation, maintenance, upgrades to retirement
  • Evaluate business processes, uncover areas for improvement, develop and configure AFC solutions and tools
  • Participate in full lifecycle of requirements from discovery and analysis through design, delivery, testing and post-launch optimization
  • Ongoing reviews of anti-financial crime solutions and tools, developing and implementing optimization strategies
  • Support incident resolution and ensure audit readiness
  • Maintain application documentation

What We Expect:

  • Experience managing applications in the anti- financial crime or compliance space
  • Agile mindset with hands-on participation in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product delivery
  • Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, SQL
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
