What you'll do

As an AML Team lead, you will lead AML team dedicated to Lending Companies in order to apply AML/CTF policy effectively and efficiently.

You will:

• Contribute to building AML/CTF compliance culture in Mintos

• Provide advice and guidance with respect to the AML/CTF laws and regulations to stakeholders

• Have a deep understanding of and work efficiently with new compliance requirements

• Participate in the development of AML processes and procedures, and control compliance with them

• Make decisions and consult team in more complex and/or suspicious cases

• Train employees on issues related to AML

• Manage the team of highly experienced professionals

• Work with international customers from various jurisdictions

• Be part of a group of highly skilled employees all dedicated to preventing financial crime

Your professional skills and background:

• Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business management or a related field

• 4-5 years of experience in AML in the Financial sector

• Detailed knowledge of AML/CTF processes in a multi-jurisdictional operating environment

• Experience in developing, implementing and enforcing AML processes and policies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to explain complicated matters in an easy way

• Team management experience, ability to organise and prioritise tasks and lead effectively

• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation with the ability to work independently

• Hands-on mentality, willingness to take an active role in AML team and company

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Additional language skills would be an advantage
