THE ROLE

We are building a state-of-the-art data platform to support our growing needs of driving value and action from data across our global operations. We are looking for a talented Data Platform Lead Analyst to join the Global Data & Analytics team. This role will lead change for how we consume and interpret data as a global enterprise, create global standards, and manage the program side of implementing the data platform. The successful candidate will possess the ability to effectively influence and engage business stakeholders, creating a high level of excitement and interest. The Analytics Program Lead will play a critical role in building a data driven culture to support the drive of needing better data that drives quick actionable insights.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the successful business implementation of the data platform, ensuring data models effectively support the diverse needs of the business globally

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the entire organization to define requirements and acceptance criteria

• Act as the key liaison between the business and Data Engineering teams to manage the implementation of data assets.

• Establish and manage communication forums by creating relevant documents and keeping all stakeholders informed

• Define and articulate the business value to be achieved through the new platform with clear metrics and tracking mechanisms for outcomes

• Develop and execute migration plans to smoothly transition stakeholders to the new data platform

• Drive training plans across various levels of users to ensure thorough understanding and effective adoption of the new platform and tools

• Identify and evaluate new consumption layer tools that satisfy the needs of the business

• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for data engineers and data modelers, ensuring accurate and effective data asset development

• Monitor program progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure successful program delivery

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Bachelor's degree with analytical discipline such as Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, Analytics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a similar quantitative or business-related field

• 3+ years of proven experience managing analytics or data-related programs or initiatives within a data and analytics environment, such as data platform implementation, business intelligence programs, or data governance initiatives

• Strong understanding of data governance, data management, data warehousing concepts, and analytics technologies. Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or Informatica is a plus.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Demonstrated ability to understand the broader business context, data strategies, priorities, and identify opportunity areas

• Ability to derive insights and connections from data and formulate into strategic action for the program

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)

• Proficiency in English to communicate with colleagues in Europe and America.
