In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer orders and ensure seamless fulfillment in collaboration with customers and other departments.
Your Key Responsibilities- You will be responsible for managing customer orders from receipt to delivery, coordinating shipment execution with our transportation team.
- Keenly monitor changes and keep customers well-informed accordingly.
- Foster solutions to satisfy customer needs when issues arise.
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders within our ERP system.
- Demonstrated eagerness to provide top-notch service to internal and external customers.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, displaying multitasking skills, planning, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure when necessary.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
- Previous experience in customer service is considered advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Hybrid work schedule (3 days on-site and 2 days remote).
