About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Customer Service professional to lead our Customer Care Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent service/support to our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, including negotiating revised shipping dates when necessary.
  • Coordinate movement of the shipment with the customer and keep them informed of any changes or delays.
  • Relay new account information back to relevant teams and departments.
  • Oversee the management of customer consignment stock and VMOI inventory, including replenishment orders, consumption invoicing, and month-end reconciliation.
  • Ensure all relevant documents are timely made available to customers.

Team Lead Responsibilities:

  • Support team members and serve as the first point of contact for questions and concerns.
  • Monitor workload and ensure effective team performance.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new hires.
  • Maintain an aligned approach across the department.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, particularly for complex activities.
  • May participate in small projects or initiatives.
  • Cover vacation duties and ensure seamless team operations.
  • Collect and pass on employee training needs and professional concerns to the Customer Care Manager.

Requirements:

">
  • Customer-oriented mindset and previous experience working with customers.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Stress resistance and flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience as a Team Lead is considered an asset.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer care.
