IT Support Professional

We're seeking a talented IT Support Professional to join our team. As an integral part of our infrastructure, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and applications.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical assistance to our users, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions. You will work closely with our Infrastructure Admins to maintain our office systems and ensure they meet our requirements.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in user workstations, data backup/recovery, and various operating systems and platforms.

You will also be responsible for escalating cases when necessary, upgrading user systems with new releases and models, and training staff on new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure software and hardware
  • Set up accounts and workstations
  • Monitor performance and maintain office systems
  • Escalate cases if necessary
  • Upgrade users systems with new releases and models
  • Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Junior System Administrator or Service Desk Specialist
  • Solid knowledge of everything related user workstations
  • Basic knowledge of data backup/recovery
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
