If you are seeking a job in System management, then get ready to join our team as a System Administrator in Riga, Latvia In this role, your work is mostly within an outstanding team that will support and guide you through your job, and you will report directly to the System Support Team Lead.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for production IT systems and servers management.
• Fix, patch, configure, and solve issues
• Participate in IT infrastructure projects, such as upgrades, re-platform, optimization, performance tuning, migration to could etc.

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what's next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

• At least 5 years experience in system administration (2nd/3rd level support) within fintech/telco/banking/energy sector
• Ability to react to incidents and do meaningful maintenance works out of business hours (paid hours according to the company policy)
• Practical background with Linux
• Practical experience with virtualization platforms
• Experience in IT technologies and production environment support
• Preferably, background in containerization or cloud platforms experience
• Preferably, authentication technologies such as LDAP and/or Keycloak experience
• Preferably, confirmed experience in supporting production systems.
• Preferably, related certifications
