German speaking Project Office Controller


General responsibilities:

  • Supporting project managers in their daily project work, especially in project account controlling and analysis for several IT projects
  • Understanding of project management methods, framework, standards, processes, and tools by working on specific customer projects
  • Project controlling data maintenance within company's project management tools
  • Monthly communication on individual projects and their controlling with project managers
  • Setting up controlling for new projects according to contractual requirements of the project
  • To plan, communicate and track/ report the activities in the project controlling processes, for project structures to document and manage project plans in appropriate project planning system

 

 

Job requirements:

  • Fluent German and English (each at least C1 level)
  • Successfully completed studies or a comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in the project management, controlling or similar field
  • Customer-oriented thinking and acting
  • Education in the project management field will be considered as an advantage
  • Good analytical skills as well as presentation and communication skills
  • Advanced MS Office Skills, in particular MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Outlook
