German Customer Agent

You will combine your skills, passion, customer-focused, and positive mindset to elevate service delivery and contribute to the overall success in the company.

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

• Assist customers of an e-commerce platform using multiple channels as assigned depending on the need (incoming telephone calls, emails and chat)
• Identify the issues of clients, handle complaints, provide solutions and alternatives, guide customers within the time limits
• Use guides and protocols provided during the training to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide professional customer support
• Collaborate with other agents or teams in case of more complex cases
  

ð­ You speak and write German at a native level and your are fluent in English (B2).

ð Experience in customer care is a plus but not required.

ð» You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.

ðªð» Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.

ð¥ You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
