Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for a new team player to join our team as:

Specialist Finance Systems

Type of Employment: temporary position for 1,5 years

Location: Riga, Latvia

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Supervise and monitor financial data interfaces and systems;

  • Correct errors in interfaces and ensure successful data processing;

  • Work with ERP and related systems to troubleshoot system errors, identify and eliminate root causes in cooperation with other departments;

  • Participate in projects related to changes and improvements of Finance systems or processes;

  • Support business requirement identification and implementation in Finance systems;

  • Collaboration with internal business partners and external IT vendors;

  • Support competence development of company's employees in usage of Finance systems.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Preferable higher education in Finance or IT (can be a student);

  • Preferable experience in accounting, or in the interaction of Finance and IT;

  • Good computer skills (MS Office);

  • Fluent in English to communicate with Business Units and colleagues in Europe;

  • Very good communication and collaboration skills;

  • Strong drive, solution oriented person with fast learning skills;

  • Precise, analytical, organized and stress-resistant personality;

  • Self-motivated, positive and customer-oriented, good team player.
