Our client provides software development and expert services for the global iGaming industry, acting as a key partner to Tier 1 iGaming brands. They are a team of over 10,000 professionals headquartered in Gibraltar, with offices in Latvia, Malta, Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, the UAE, India, Canada, and the Isle of Man.
Why This Role Exists
As a Senior Product Owner, you will be the central bridge between our business goals and development teams. You'll own the product vision for key Live Casino experiences, ensuring we deliver innovative and engaging games to millions of players globally. This role is critical for translating complex stakeholder needs and market data into a clear roadmap that keeps our products competitive and valuable.
What You'll Drive
- Deliver a clear product roadmap and oversee the end-to-end development of new Live Casino games across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms within an Agile environment.
- Translate business needs and user feedback into precise, actionable specifications for development, design, and studio teams.
- Integrate data insights from Business Intelligence teams to inform prioritization and validate product decisions.
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products by setting and monitoring clear development goals and resolving production challenges.
- Own and manage the product backlog, making decisive trade-offs based on business impact, user feedback, and technical feasibility.
- Partner with Marketing, Business Development, and Account Management to ensure new features align with revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Champion a high-quality user experience by overseeing all usability and performance evaluations, including focus group testing where applicable.
- Maintain our competitive edge by delivering regular market analysis and identifying new trends for product innovation.
Who You Are
- You bring 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner working directly with software development teams.
- You have a strong background in game development or the online gaming industry, with previous involvement in game design.
- You possess a solid understanding of casino games and game mathematics.
- You demonstrate an exceptional ability to analyze complex data to make informed product decisions.
- You are a proven problem-solver with a track record of delivering robust product solutions, clearing roadblocks, and motivating teams in a high-pressure environment.
- You are an excellent communicator and collaborator in fluent English, comfortable managing stakeholders and working effectively in a distributed/remote environment.
How You'll Work
You will report to the Lead Product Owner and act as the primary link between diverse teams, including Developers, Designers, Testers, Studio, and BI. Your role is highly collaborative, requiring you to communicate the product vision clearly and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
You will have significant autonomy to define priorities, manage your backlog, and make data-driven decisions to resolve development challenges and steer the product's direction.
