We are looking for Business Controller with a genuine interest in Finance, Business and People. If you have proven experience in finance management, a self-starter attitude and you are ready to take the next step in your professional development, you might be the one we are looking for.

With us you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring accurate and timely financial result reporting as per guidelines, policies, and deadlines

• Proactive support for business managers in planning and forecasting

• Analyzing and interpreting financial performance compared to forecast and past periods.

• Providing insights for business decisions and supporting business managers in finance related questions

• Participating in Finance projects, advising and making proposals for finance process improvements

We expect you to have:

• Fluent spoken & written English (working with foreign customers and colleagues)

• University degree in finance, economics, or accounting

• Solid financial knowledge and experience in financial analysis and management accounting

• Confident and experienced handling of MS-Office, especially Excel for data analysis, reporting and general understanding of ERP

• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and solution-driven attitude

• Ability to multitask, dig into the details and stay calm under pressure

We consider as an advantage:

• Experience as a Business or Finance Controller or in audit

• Understanding of financial processes and various business models

*Monthly salary offer will be defined based up on the candidate's professional competence and compliance with job demands.
