Project Manager – Industrial & Logistics Development

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the development of industrial and logistics facilities from inception through to commissioning. This role involves managing projects from the client's perspective, acting as the general contractor, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The Project Manager directly influences the company's development strategy in the construction sector.

As Project Manager, you will play a critical part in the development of cutting-edge industrial and logistics facilities, working with advanced technologies and sustainable construction methods. Your work will contribute to strengthening VGP's presence in the Baltic states and enabling its future growth in the region.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale projects from development to handover and ensure that they are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the right quality standard.
  • Ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines and contribute to the preparation of new project business cases.
  • Streamlining processes so that development activities operate at maximum efficiency, with bottlenecks addressed on a timely basis.
  • Manage relationships with external construction managers engaged as subcontractors.
  • Communicate effectively with tenants and other project stakeholders.
  • Participate in procurement and contract negotiations, particularly within the "Design & Build" model.<
