Aerones is seeking a skilled technician with a strong engineering background to work with our cutting-edge robotic technology and services. . This role is integral to the development, testing, and optimization of technology that will be deployed in various locations worldwide. As part of this new project, you will provide critical technical input, lead team on-site, and support the ongoing development of advanced robotic systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation and operation of Aerones robotic equipment.
  • Go on regular business trips to different countries around the world (Europe, South America, North America, Australia) for periods ranging from 6 weeks to 3 months.
  • Provide technical solutions on-site to ensure successful operation of robotic systems and services.
  • Lead teams and ensure the timely and high-quality execution of work.
  • Communicate with customer representatives, prepare reports on progress and status at the facility.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for technology development to teams in Riga.
  • Participate in the creation of internal environments and standards for technology deployment.

Requirements

  • A university diploma, ideally in engineering or mechatronics.
  • A technical background, with experience in robotics, engineering, or related fields will be as advantage.
  • Technical English at a good level.
  • Category B driver's license.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Ability to handle non-standard situations and adapt to new and unusual environments.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to foster sustainable collaboration.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role is a plus.
  • Latvian citizenship
