Our client is a growing international fintech company that delivers services to global fintech clients with a focus on trading platforms, customer support, and operational excellence. Their main client operates in the Forex and digital asset trading industry, with a strong presence across CIS and Asian markets.

Role Overview
As a Trading Customer Support Manager, you will be on the front line of resolving complex trading-related issues. Your job will involve analyzing trade anomalies, platform behavior (especially MetaTrader), and ensuring high service standards for international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end resolution of complex client inquiries regarding trading operations and platform behavior
  • Analyze trade execution, platform behavior, and market data
  • Monitor trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader) and identify technical or operational irregularities
  • Work closely with the risk and technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Maintain detailed documentation of cases and improve internal resolution processes
  • Contribute to platform reliability testing and escalate recurring issues

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Forex trading support or operations (B2C experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and MetaTrader platforms
  • Fluent in Russian and English (verbal and written)
  • Comfortable working rotating shifts including nights and weekends
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory)
