IT Support Specialist

Are you our new IT Support Specialist?

What will you do:

• Act as first line support for business related to the Salesforce platform;
• Monitor daily integration tasks, troubleshoot and solve issues;
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders – business & development team in order to solve urgent production issues;
• Work closely with development team, report identified bugs;
• Perform data import/export tasks;
• Perform basic Salesforce administration tasks.

What we´re looking for: 

• IT degree or equivalent work experience;
• Ability to work on projects independently, keeping track of many ongoing tasks simultaneously;
• Focused and responsible personality type, ability to follow procedures and guidelines;
• Willingness to carry out in-depth research to reveal new and better methods of handling support tasks;
• Structured and constructive communication style;
• Fluent written and verbal English skills;
• Willingness to learn and grow;
• You are a team player.

It´s nice to have experience in:

• Working with Salesforce;
• IT Service Desk (Atlassian products- Confluence, Jira and related plugins).
