About the role:

As a Billing Support Specialist you will be responsible for registering, updating and maintaining data in various databases and systems; investigating, monitoring and processing high volumes of transactions; answering business stakeholder and customers inquiries; performing incoming request analysis and taking part in continuous improvement activities. You will be an integral part of a team that provides whole chain of the customer lifecycle, from customer account opening and maintenance to billing support for SEB customers or contribute to data related project assignments. Work in a dynamic and exciting environment that provide support SEB Group with the extensive geographical scope of 11 countries, mostly Nordics.

€1,350 - €2,000 a month

Monthly salary range indicated for this position is before tax deduction. The offer for final candidate* will depend on experience and competences of the candidate for the required job. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
