At Aerones, we build world-leading robotic solutions for the wind industry. Our team is growing, and we're looking for a positive, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to take care of our HQ and support our team's everyday work.

What you'll do
  • Keep our 4-floor office running smoothly, ensuring everything is tidy, functional, and welcoming.
  • Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and a smile.
  • Manage office supplies, deliveries, and stock.
  • Provide administrative support to managers and colleagues.
  • Coordinate company events and employee activities.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and documents.
  • Prepare weekly internal news updates and support internal communication.
  • Take on various tasks that make Aerones an even better place to work.
Requirements
  • Experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of document handling (a plus, not a must).
  • Confident with MS Office and everyday office equipment (including coffee machines ).
  • Good communication skills in Latvian and English, written and spoken.
  • Someone who enjoys organizing events and bringing people together.
  • A positive, flexible, and proactive person who takes initiative.
  • Reliable, supportive, and detail-oriented mindset.
