Egis Latvia is hiring a Key Account Manager Pharmacy Chains, to grow our business with a focus on working with our key business partners.

The aim of the job:

The KAM Pharmacy Chain will be responsible for keeping personal contact with the main, relevant business partners (Key Accounts, especially decision makers of Pharmacy Chains) to support them with necessary information on our products, proposing actions (including promotional activities, commercial and pricing actions) to maximise the products availability at pharmacy chains, for the benefit of the patients. 

Tasks and obligations:

Keeps continuous contact with the so-called Key Accounts (i.e. Pharmacy Chains, other decision makers) related to the assigned products based on marketing plans and the personal activity plan.

Solves problems and responds to the situation promptly, constantly look for ways to improve customer service;

Collects and analyses data on the potential market size, development in the market, and competitors;

Designs and develops the circle of clients in accordance with the strategy;

Proposes the optimal competitiveness and product pricing including discounting strategy and trade marketing tools;

Participates in the events and campaigns organised by the company, facilitating their successes;

Prepares and delivers reports to the direct superior.

We are lookig for you if:

You have a minimum of 3 years experience in pharmaceutical sales or distribution;

You are native speaker of Latvian and have intermediate (fluent verbal, and written communication) level of English;

You have excellent communication skills with courteous and polite attitude;

You respond to issues promptly and with a high attention on solution; 

You are proactive and engaged to deliver on results;

You are open to develop and train yourslef regularly.
