CRM DATA ANALYST

You will:

  • define a subset of main
    KPIs to monitor the agency behavior and customer satisfaction
  • provide regular updates on KPI trends and be reactive to
    escalate or properly address potential issues
  • perform regular data
    audits and data cleaning
  • collaborate with the IT
    team & functional team to identify and implement customizations to the
    CRM system
  • collaborate with the
    change management team to ensure that data is collected properly and
    actionable for campaign & activities

You are:

  • at least 1 year experience in BI and Data Analytics
  • analytical mindset with the ability to interpret
    complex datasets
  • proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL / MS Excel / Power BI) and data visualization best
    practices
  • communication skills and ability to present findings to
    both technical and non-technical audiences
  • fluency in English
  • Python knowledge will be
    considered as an advantage
  •  experience in CRM and B2B environment will be
    considered an advantage
  • bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a
    related field will
    be considered an advantage
