Ensure the leadership of the quality control team and the implementation of the quality control process at all company operation locations. Develop and review the department's priorities and qualitative and quantitative goals. Lead the quality control team and ensure timely completion of work tasks, flexibly adapting to changes in project content, production priorities, and deadlines. Ensure the development and maintenance of necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with company requirements. Organize the team's work and priorities, develop and motivate the team. Organize quality inspection processes, monitor results, and set priorities. Review and analyze product technical documents, develop additional necessary documentation. Organize the control of non-conforming parts/equipment and complaint management processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive quality of functional processes. Initiate the implementation of new working methods and processes that improve work efficiency and quality. Build the department's reputation within the company, focused on collaboration and professionally completed work. Latvian (intermediate level, level 1), good knowledge of English. Computer skills (MS Office, Google Drive, ERP systems, etc.). Ability to understand technical documentation and drawings. Ability to develop processes and procedures. Ability to work in a team and motivate the team. Excellent communication and argumentation skills. Attention to quality and accuracy. Willingness to find problem solutions and ability to take responsibility for work results. Engineering-technical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes.
