Latvian pääkaupunkia ei turhaan kutsuta Baltian Pariisiksi. Kulttuuria täynnä olevassa Latviassa on helppo viihtyä ja asua. Riian keskustassa sijaitsevalta kansainväliseltä toimistolta pääsee helposti liikkumaan ympäri keskustaa ja myös muualle maahan – välimatkat ovat yllättävän lyhyitä myös muihinkin maihin.
Asiakaspalvelua tarjotaan suomenkielellä chatin, puhelimen sekä sähköpostin kautta, ja toimiston yhteinen kieli on englanti. Kokemusta pankki ja finanssi -alalta ei tarvita, toki siitä on hyötyä. Ennen kaikkea tulisi olla kiinnostusta asiakaspalveluun sekä halu kehittyä.
Työaika on 40/h viikossa, ja vuorot sijoittuvat 9:00-21:00 välille, sisältää myös viikonlopputyöitä.
Yritys on kansainvälinen ja tarjoaa paljon yhteistä vapaa-ajan viettoa, joten uusien ystävien saaminen on helppoa. Myös kuntosalikortit, taksikuljetukset sekä kielikurssit kuuluvat yhtiön tarjoamiin etuihin.
