Pronto Manufacturing & Fulfillment is seeking a skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Manager to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accountant looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Bits of your job:

• Manage the company's Quality Assurance (QA) department to ensure compliance with GMP, FDA regulations (21 CFR), and other relevant industry standards.

• Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's Quality Management System (QMS).

• Supervise the review and approval of batch records, specifications, and test results for raw materials and finished products.

• Maintain the documentation of all quality-related activities, ensuring proper storage and accessibility of records in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies and external auditors during inspections and audits.

• Provide strategic direction for quality initiatives, including process optimization, risk management, and continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

• And other assigned tasks.

Key expectations:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Food Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or Engineering).

• Fluency in English Language .

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in a Quality Management or Quality Assurance role within the US dietary supplement manufacturing industry.

• Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), particularly for dietary supplements, and how to implement and maintain compliance.

• Knowledge of FDA 21 CFR regulations.

• SQF Certification knowledge is a strong plus, with experience in maintaining and conducting SQF audits.

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to solving quality issues.

Working Hours & Benefits:

• Full-time, flexible remote work.

• 20 paid vacation days per year.

• 7 paid holidays annually.

• 6 flexi days.

• $50 health budget per month ($600 annually)

Salary: From 2,000 €/mon. gross

Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
