We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Dutch-speaking Quality Analyst to join our team in Riga. Key Responsibilities for Quality Assurance- Monitor and evaluate service interactions to ensure compliance with quality standards and guidelines.

- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve processes and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality assurance initiatives.
- Conduct training and workshops to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and update quality assurance documentation and procedures.
- Identify trends and insights to drive strategic quality efforts.
- Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Previous experience in quality analysis or a related field is highly desirable.
