In this role, you will play a key part in supporting compensation and benefits activities worldwide—performing in-depth data analysis and providing professional support across areas such as compensation processes (merit & bonus) ,  job evaluation, documentation, salary structures, bonus accruals, merit budgets, understanding market practices around the globe, compliance and others.Join our global HR team at allnex—a passionate, diverse, and impact-driven group shaping the future of Rewards through data and people insights. ResponsibilitiesSupport the Global Total Rewards function by providing compensation and benefits analyses and recommendations to ensure market competitiveness.Analyze compensation data and market trends to propose adjustments aligned with business needs.Lead and drive participation in salary surveys for a numbers of countries.  Contribute to the development, implementation, and improvement of global compensation and benefits programs, systems, and processes.Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly headcount reports.Coordinate and support roll out of global total rewards programs and processes, including training, systems, communication and others.Conduct job evaluations and prepare compensation analyses and recommendations for roles up to middle management.Develop clear employee communications on compensation and benefits topics.Act as a systems super-user for SuccessFactors (modules employee central and compensation)Perform regular audits to ensure compliance and data accuracy. Required skills and experiencePreferably around 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, including solid understanding of compensation practices and principles for different regions.University degree, preferably in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.Experience with HR systems (preferably SuccessFactors or equivalent), and strong interest in acting as a super-user (technically savy).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.Excellent English, both written and spoken.Proficient in MS Office applications—advanced Excel skills are essential.Strong planning, organization, and time management abilities.Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.High level of interpersonal and intercultural awareness, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global environment.
