Whether you're in the heart of Latvia or anywhere else in the Baltics, you'll join a team of passionate professionals in the insurance industry, driving the evolution of digital insurance solutions across the Baltic region.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on strategic insurance transformation projects shaping modern, customer-focused products and enabling seamless business and system integration. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in connecting business needs with technology capabilities, ensuring that requirements are well-defined, compliant with local regulations, and aligned with the company's broader vision.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple countries, helping to build future-ready insurance services that make a real impact on the market.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Engaging with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document requirements for insurance products and related systems.
• Translating complex business needs into clear, actionable specifications for IT and development teams.
• Supporting requirement definition for system integrations, data flows, and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitating workshops and discussions to align business and technical perspectives.
• Ensuring that requirements are structured, prioritized, and traceable throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborating closely with cross-country teams to support delivery and continuous improvement of insurance solutions.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the insurance, financial services, or related technology sectors.
• Strong business process understanding and the ability to turn complex concepts into practical solutions.
• Technical literacy you can communicate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Latvian insurance legislation or the Baltic regulatory landscape is a strong advantage.
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); Latvian language would be a significant plus.
• Self-driven and structured approach, with the ability to work remotely and manage priorities independently.
• Availability to join occasional workshops or meetings on-site (primarily in Riga).
