JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Junior Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to join our team.

Role Summary and Purpose

Support/participate in financial planning, budgeting and analysis. Financial support for programs/functions through financial results, reviews, planning and forecasting of financials, tracking project costs and support expenditures. Support preparation of timely, accurate and useful reports and analysis which support JW's current business model and strategic goals.

Lead by the JELD-WEN Leadership Model to build businesses ethically and safely, invest in people, inspire customers through innovation, deliver on promises, and drive continuous improvement.Uphold compliance standards and operate with transparency and accountability at all times.Provide accurate and timely reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) and KPI updates that empower local, regional, and corporate teams to make informed decisions.Deliver analysis, forecasts, and performance insights that shape budgets and business priorities.Support execution of corporate and local controls for Aizkraukle production, ensuring operational excellence.Collaborate with management on daily operations and ad-hoc projects that advance organizational goals.Partner with business managers to manage budgets, forecasts, and deviation reporting, ensuring financial discipline and agility.

What You'll need to succeed:


•    Bachelor's degree in economics, finance or accounting;

•    1+ years' experience in financial planning and analysis field in manufacturing company;

•    Experience in accounting 

•    Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables in a fast pace environment

•    Strong analytical and logical skills required 

•    Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

•    High standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized

•    Strong verbal and written communication skills

•    Demonstrated ability to work both individually and in a team with hands-on approach 

•    Fluent in Latvian and English
