The group of companies operating under the Colibrix One* brand is developing advanced, AI-powered payment technologies tailored to the needs of Payment Service Providers (PSPs), Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs), and neobanks across the EU and the UK.
Within our group, we operate licensed EMIs, including Colibrix Limited (Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), UK, reference number and Mellifera Kartiera Limited (Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA), Malta, ID: MKL-24227), both of which are Principal Members of Mastercard and Visa. Through the Colibrix One brand, we deliver a comprehensive suite of financial solutions, including:
- Global card processing
- Digital wallet infrastructure
- Cross-border merchant accounts
- Alternative payment methods (APMs)
- Corporate accounts for legal entities

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Client Manager to support and develop relationships with our corporate clients. In this role, you will not only ensure that clients effectively use our payment solutions and enjoy smooth, reliable operations, but also identify new business opportunities and drive client engagement. You will play a key part in expanding existing accounts, promoting our solutions, and supporting the sales process to help clients achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support corporate clients throughout all stages of their engagement with the company
- Provide expert guidance on all products and services, ensuring that clients receive tailored, high-quality support
- Oversee and process documentation and operational procedures related to corporate clients
- Utilize CRM systems and internal tools to efficiently track, manage, and resolve client requests
- Maintain clear, professional, and proactive communication to ensure an exceptional client experience
- Identify opportunities to expand client engagement and contribute to business growth
- Represent the company at international events and exhibitions, presenting our brand and solutions to potential and existing clients
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with corporate clients in banking or fintech
- Strong understanding of corporate client workflows within financial institutions - from onboarding to day-to-day operational processes
- Experience with CRM systems and client lifecycle management
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
- Ability to identify opportunities to expand client engagement and support sales growth
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Banking, or related fields
